009- CLIMBING MT KILIMANJARO 6 NIGHTS 7 DAYS (MARANGU ROUTE)
Day 1 Transfer
to Namanga border point for immigration formalities and on to
Arusha for Lunch. Thereafter the afternoon is spent in Arusha
purchasing provisions, Dinner and overnight at your base hotel
Day 2
Drive from Arusha to Marangu gate where the climb begins through
the fascinating rain forest on to Mandara Hut at 9000 ft ( 2743
m ) where you overnight
Day 3
After breakfast climb through Alpine Meadows for 6 to 7 hours
while enjoying the Flora and reach Horombo Hut at 12335 f. ( 3760
m ) Meals and overnight at Horombo.
Day 4
After breakfast resume the climb through rugged landscape that
is also rocky. You will see Giant Groundsel and Lobellas. After
three to four Hours climb, reach Kibo Hut at 15,520ft ( 4730 m
). Meals and overnight at Kibo Hut. N.B. No water or firewood
available at this point.
Day 5
The last climb is made at the wee hours at near freezing temperatures.
You go up a steep loose slope for 6 hours arriving at Gillmans
Point at 18635 ft ( 5680m ). Then continue to the summit at Uhuru
Peak. Descend for overnight to Horombo Hut.
Day 6
Complete the Descend to Marangu gate and transfer back to hotel.
Overnight at Marangu Hotel.
Day 7
After breakfast transfer back to Arusha and transfer to Nairobi

010- CLIMBING MT KENYA 5 DAYS 4 NIGHTS- ( SIRIMON ROUTE)
Day 1
Transfer in the morning Ex-Nairobi to Nanyuki accompanied by our
Mountain Guide reaching Nanyuki in the afternoon. Relax, dinner
and overnight in Nanyuki the base town of Mt.Kenya climb.
Day 2 You
take a short drive in the morning to Sirimon track where we start
our trek to old Moses camp through the rain forest for 9 Km (
5 hours walk ) Overnight at old Moses Camp ( 3,500 m )
Day 3
After breakfast you walk to Mackinders Valley to Shipton's Camp
( 1200m ) Dinner and overnight.
Day 4
Early in the morning we climb to point Lenana ( 4985 m). N.B on
a very clear day we should be able to see Mt. Kilimanjaro to the
South, Mt Elgon to the West, and Indian Ocean to the East Descend
to Shipton's Camp for breakfast the to Mackinders Camp for Overnight.
Day 5
After breakfast, descend out through Met- Station to Naro -Moru
gate the Depart for Nairobi arriving in the afternoon.
