Destination at Siana Springs Luxury Tented Camp
Location: Situated
at the base of the Ngama Hills, on the Eastern edge of the Maasai Mara
National Reserve, Siana Springs occupies a lush indigenous forest watered
by the largest natural springs in the Mara ecosystem - Siana Springs meaning
"the plentiful spring" in Maasai. Siana springs is located 240
km South West of Nairobi.
Accommodation: The luxurious tented camp offers 38 Spacious tents
situated in 3 secluded 'wings' : The Bamboo wing, surrounded by bamboo
groves and flowering ornamental trees near the main camp; the palm wing,
overlooking a series of springs. The tents boast the very latest in luxury
camping, with large single or double beds, personal closets, writing desks
and ensuite bathrooms with flush toilets and steaming hot showers.
Facilities: 24 hour room service, mineral water and repellent in tents.
Telephone service, free form swimming pool & sunbathing terrace. Escorted
walking safaris, riverside banquets in the main Mara reserve. Catered
parties at the bush sites and animal hides, traditional dances by local
maasai and an adventure club for children of all ages.
Remarks: Rates are based on fullboard basis. Package rates are available
on request
These are tailor made
special packages whereby your principal mode of transport shall be by
light aircraft. The benefit being quick and comfortable transport allowing
you to enjoy your event for a longer period.
MASAI MARA WEDDING
FLYING PACKAGE
Day 1- Arrival : On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport
you will be met by Alefran Tours & Safaris represantative who will
welcome you to Kenya and assist you at the airport. You will be driven
in a mercedes benz limousine to the hotel Intercontinental. Dinner and
overnight at the Hotel
Day 2 - NAIROBI-
MARA : 0845 hrs - You will be picked from Intercontinental Hotel and
transferred to the Wilson Airport. Flight to Masai Mara takes off at 1000
hrs.
1045 hrs - Arrival at Masai Mara airstrip.
You are met at the airstrip and transferred to Siana Springs Luxury Tented
Camp. You have an early afternoon free time , before proceeding for an
afternoon game drive, from 1600 hrs till dusk. Dinner and overnight at
the Lodge .
Day 3- WEDDING
DAY: This is your Big Day; Alefran Tours & Safaris Ltd will organise
this day to be very very special and memorable. Take your Vows followed
by a reception and entertainment therafter
Day 4: MASAI MARA
:Morning to Early afternoon at own leisure. 1600 hrs - Afternoon game
drive till dusk. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge.
Day 5 : MASAI MARA
-NAIROBI :Early morning game drive - if you still want to go for more
- OR take an opportunity to fly over the Mara in a Hot air Balloon provided
at extra cost (USD 400 per person) Champagne Breakfast follows:
0930 hrs. You will be transferred with a game drive en-route to the airstrip
for your flight to Nairobi departing at 1100 hrs. You arrive at Wilson
Airport Nairobi 1215 hrs. Here our Chauffer will meet you ready to transfer
you in a limousine to the World Famous Carnivore Restaurant in Nairobi
for a Sumptuous Barbecue of Game meat. Dinner and overnight at the Hotel
Intercontinental
Day 6: DEPARTURE:
After breakfast, you will be transfered to the airport in a Limousine
for your homebound flight.
